Hi Candice,

I have identified the root cause and fixed this.

 

There was no Thank you page setup for the Employee Handbook with Tips – Dot and that’s why it was redirecting to order-received instead of Thank you Page. The Notifications are triggered via the Thank you page.

Now I have updated following products and added the thank you page as it was missing in all these

 

  1. Employee Handbook with Tips – DOT
  2. Alcohol Misuse and Addiction – (Non DOT) | 4 Hours
  3. test
  4. Alcohol Misuse and Addiction – (Non-DOT | 6 Hours
  5. Alcohol Misuse and Addiction – (Non-DOT) | 8 Hours

First he attempted to register without placing an order.
The SAP sent him a enrollment email with TWO courses – (could this be the problem)

The order was placed.

The enrollment notifications did not go out.
